Implemented magnet-link-decoder end to end. The page parses repeated Magnet URI fields, validates btih/btmh hash shapes, preserves malformed encoded values with warnings, shows size and tracker details, generates normalized URI and JSON output, and provides copy actions. It automatically runs a safe sample on load and performs no upload, download, metadata fetch, tracker, DHT, peer, or web-seed request. Added independently rewritten copy for all ten supported locales, the tool catalog shard, icon, README entries, prerendered pages, homepage cards, and sitemap entries. Coverage phases 0b, 2, 4, and all passed; build, SEO, vendor, TypeScript, icon XML, and browser checks passed. Mobile browser validation confirmed no horizontal overflow and the sample result reports 5 fields, 2 trackers, and 0 warnings.
