Shared DoH: src/endpoints/dnsDoh.ts (types extended to A/AAAA/CNAME/MX/NS/TXT/SOA)
dnsLookup.ts switched to the shared module
New endpoint: GET /api/tools/domain-lookup?name=&dns=&rdap= (domainLookup.ts; IANA RDAP bootstrap + per-section degrade on failure)
