Wrote docs/2026-08-08-site-color-system.md: three token layers, module inventory, principles (link≠action, status colors decoupled, restrained brand budget), and this site’s four primary derivations plus tinted surfaces. Refactored site.css into neutral/status/brand primitives + semantics (bg/surface/text/border/link/action/focus/danger…); themes only override brand* + tint; kept --accent aliases. After hard-refresh, switching themes should tint the page foot and sync action colors while links stay neutral.
